Jessica experienced a double mastectomy and breast reconstruction over six months ago due to a breast cancer diagnosis. In this episode of Meet Your Body, she shares candidly about how she's doing physically and mentally right now.
She will address things such as her current exercise routine, when she was allowed to lift again, ways she still feels weak and the two overwhelming emotions she feels around her experience.
This episode is for anyone going through a breast cancer diagnosis and/or mastectomy in order to help them know what to expect and to realize they are never alone in this journey.
